Please don't mention the fee, maybe just a multiplication. I could possibly persuaded to take one for 5x the fee (as I will be out anyway).
TBH it's not all about the fee for me, although I would want double what they are offering, it's also about how many you can do. 2 does not make it worth anyone's time. My local is on there but I won't take unless they let me do as many as I believe I can do realistically.0 -
On a different note have bare lost a client to Tern? This was 6 months out of date so I've changed it.:j:j:j:j0

Why do companies not show the full brief until after you've agreed to do the visit? I just allocated a visit, read the brief, then emailed them to ask to be deallocated. It's just a waste of everyone's time.0

This is true - I did one in October, I remember because the Xmas displays had not long been up, and the only thing I could find (at least of any use to me!
) under the reimbursement limit was bags of chocolate coins - which reminds me, I've still got mine! The coffee was also rather pleasant - that's quite a big deal coming from me as I'm not a coffee drinker!

That's such a pain, isn't it? I guess they know that if people can see the brief first, they won't be interested if they see the level of work involved for the paltry fee, so they're going on the hope that the one who gets it will be too polite to say no - well done for not falling into the trap!
You're not talking about AA by any chance, are you? I've emailed them in the past to find out a little more about what exactly was required for a job, and lo and behold, they've allocated it to me! And promptly had to deallocate it, as I wasn't interested - and told them why too!

4 burgers, 1 fine dine, 1 dine that shall no longer be mentioned and all to do next week. My waist line will no longer be itty bitty at this rate!
PS. Pizza Hut have a killer deal at the moment. £5 for an 11 inch pizza (pick one of five options) and unlimited salad. How good is that?0
