Can definitely understand, even in full fitness, just had a call from them.
"Can you do a visit to XXXX in Oxford", my reply:
"No, I fit my assignments around a full time job in Milton Keynes, therefore Oxford is too far out of the way", their reply:
"Could you do it next week then?"

Well they've told me she is now set to inactive and have removed the landline from both accounts...lets see if it works this time.

One of the best ones was they rang the homephone at 5 to 5 looking for me. Wife says he'll be out of work just after 5 so get him on the mobile then. 30 seconds later phone rings, he didnt answer his phone but I notice your a shopper too will you go and do the visit?

MEGALOLS. Totally agree with you. They wind me up big time. I hate THE "We have some mystery shopping available in your area" answer phone messages. Just tell us what it is !!!!!!!

Who do we reckon would win if the TNS EMAIL CHIMP and the ESA PHONE CHIMPS had a fight? Place your bets at the reef RE visit and tell us exactly how you felt at the time of placing the bet, 5 minutes after and every 5 minute interval after until you left the shop!:beer::beer:

Maybe we should get the TNS email chimp & the ESA phone chimp together, maybe the next generation would use both methods of communication? :D

    And Mimi, client name ;-)

Now, I've always laughed at all the TNS comments and been grateful that I've always been fortunate enough never to have had a problem with them. Well, I emailed them yesterday to find out where my money was (some of it from jobs in November!) and was told it'll be paid in the March pay run! I did quite a lot of work last month so that I could pay for a trip to visit my family (I'm not so broke that I can't afford to go now but that's not the point!)...return email being composed as we speak :mad::mad:

GAP pay just gone in at last

I was shocked to have an almost instant reply to another email i fired off to them stating that payments are made on the 20th of each month
Falling off my chair.....my gap just went in too. Yay. Don't need to have a fight.

Just waiting for my ESA pay on the 10th and I'm all done and dusted with the MSing.

My other business is really picking up now so I think I made the right decision to give up the MSing. Not missing staying up till midnight doing reports. ;)

Welcome Sam. Good to have you here

Spender I have done about 25 last week and although the payment was a little slower than normal it has been coming through. Still the fastest paying company out there.
