2 pending validation this morning, I think I may have to have a word with them. Incidentally anyone know how to make them stop harassing a woman to the point they aggrivated a condition they were made aware of and ended up putting her in hospital for 48 hours?

Yes. Remove the number from the profile on the ESA account and then they cannot ring :D

Or alternatively you could fill in their own shopper's support number, can you imagine the confusion that would then arise :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Pity we don't have a number for TNS then you could matchmake between the ESA & TNS Chimps :D

I'd be phoning the MD. I would be taking every possible step to prevent further complications, knowing from family experience.

As long as it doesn't earn me 16 calls from the ESA chimp about the same job......... Don't you love it how the chimp tries to maintain an air of mystery on the answerphone by not telling you what the bloomin job is!

On a serious note though if you reduce your saved search area for ESA you minimise the calls, but you'd need to remove the number as suggested by Sarah to stop them.

I'm seriously considering contacting the MD about it, I think I have an email for him about somewhere. I've left things go previously but this time I think the chimp went a step too far.

4 calls over the course of a day asking her if she was sure she wasnt going to take the job each time answered with a "No I'm signed off on bedrest due to high blood pressure related to my pregnancy so I will not be shopping until my baby is born" or similar. "Are you sure?"

  • It looks like ESA are doing another pay run on Monday, to catch up with all the baguettes still in validation, which will be paid on 9/3 as well.

Can definitely understand, even in full fitness, just had a call from them.
"Can you do a visit to XXXX in Oxford", my reply:
"No, I fit my assignments around a full time job in Milton Keynes, therefore Oxford is too far out of the way", their reply:
"Could you do it next week then?"
