I take it they don't take 45 minutes with staff refusing to write down details on comp slips or not talking about the brand because they are too expensive and preventing you asking the "its awfully expensive" question anymore?

20-30 mins usually. Also, 50% of shops now printout details so I ask them to write their contact details onto them. Haven't had any queries back and everything gone through for payment ok.

Hm, can't understand what I'm doing wrong. I'm following the "Shopper Force log in" link, and then clicking the "Mystery Shopper" Login link. That asks me for my "Shopper ID" and password. I've tried logging in there with my email address and my RE ID number and neither work.

Are you logging in somewhere else that I haven't spotted?

I'm just logging in at the top of the page you get directed to when going to retaileyes.co.uk

I'm using my old Retail Eyes bookmark and then in the top right hand corner is the part for my email address and password. Graphics are slightly different but that is it.

Interesting - the page I'm redirected to (from the old RE bookmark) is the main Market Force site and looks nothing at all like the old RE one. I've tried using IE and Firefox, same result.

It is possible to post the URL that you're being redirected to?

    Thanks!

Grrr I have the same problem as Baldgit, if I login on my mobile it is fine, however if I login from work I'm redirected to https://www.marketforce.com so nothing works! If I enter either of the above I still get redirected to https://www.marketforce.com!

That's exactly where I am now. My mobile's browser gets me to the right page, but my browsers at work send me to http:/marketforce.com/, regardless of whether I enter the old RE site URL or type in http:/uk.marketforce.com.

(note I typed only one "/" in the url because as a newbie I'm not allowed to post links)
