I've been out of MSing since October and came back to the company who cannot be named! Can someone tell me who this is?!0

Has anyone done the test centres ?. I got my first one coming up and was wondering if the test actually takes a full hour or if i have to drag it out really slow . Bit nervous for this one so any tips will be great.
Let us know how you get on, I'm always being pestered to take these, not sure how I'd fake it though.0 -

I'm not so paranoid about asking for a receipt; I worked away from home for years and always asked for a receipt for almost everything so I could claim it on expenses, so I suppose it never occurred to me that people would automatically assume I was a mystery shopper. Also, I tend to pay with a card (to keep my MS income and outgoings more easily trackable) and I don't think it's nearly as unusual to expect a receipt than it is if you've paid cash.
Annoying one this evening; was supposed to buy any 2 for 1 type promotional item but the place was teeny-weeny (and really badly stocked) so there wasn't anything to choose. Short of asking the assistant "do you have any random item on promotion, I don't care what it is?" there wasn't really anything I could do. :rotfl:0 -
Whos this one with?
It was an RE shop. Clothes but not sporty...sparklysaver wrote: »I'm not so paranoid about asking for a receipt; I worked away from home for years and always asked for a receipt for almost everything so I could claim it on expenses, so I suppose it never occurred to me that people would automatically assume I was a mystery shopper. Yeah I'm quite used to asking as a company I've done work for before reimbursed lunches. If it is around lunchtime then I wouldn't expect it to be particularly unusual for food places to be asked for a receipt.
Oh and if you pay by card you should always be given a receipt however sometimes they only give you the one for the card transaction so it is good to be on the safe side0 -

I've been wondering as well - if someone could PM me that'd be great. I don't want to name someone I should name!0 -

Yes - I included it in the report. It was gone by the next time I visited the same place. Never seen another one - keep looking though!0 -

Ha, yes, been caught out that way once very early on in my MS career; I just went back to the till and asked for an itemised one though, and said something about my company needing it for my expenses, they didn't seem concerned in the slightest to be honest.
(can you tell I've been writing reports for hours? My sentence structure has gone entirely to pot!!!)0
