Me too - but I have other jobs where the wave hasn't finished but have passed through validation.0 -

Mine too. Only my camera shops and homeware shops have been cleared so far by ESA this month.
Travel, Frozen, Dead bodies and baguettes all still pending.0 -

Hi there, new to this MS'ing thing, have been thinking about it for a while, finally decided to take the plunge and register for a few MS'ing companies.
Just a couple of questions (i've had a search of the thread and can't find anything on these specific points)
Is it worth me setting up a seperate bank acount for doing this, just for ease of use and tracking really, as if i have an account just for Msing i don't have to sift through all my other expenses and payments to work out where i am ? (i will be keeping records of everything anyway but if i need to go back and check things sifting through my account for Ms related stuff seems like it could be a bit of a pain)
the other question is about tax, i'm aware of having to register as self employed to ensure i'm all up together with HMRC, with us being in Feb and the tax year ending soon, how will it work for the last 2 months of the tax year ? Having never done anything like this, i'm aware that self assessment forms for HMRC go in at the end of Jan does this mean when i register as self employed i will just work out my tax in Jan 2013 or will i have to sort something before the end of this tax year? I've had a look on HMRC website and all it talks about is 2011/2012 tax year.
Sorry if these questions seem silly, but any advice would be much appreciated.0 -

Anything earned between now and april will need to be done on the 2011/2012 tax return. This return will be due by something like January 2013 but you could fill it out straight away in April.
A lot of people leave it till the end but I just do it asap to get it out of the way
Anything earned after that will be on the 2012/2013 tax return (January 2014 deadline I think)
I think this is right. Someone might correct me if it is wrong though!0 -
Picked up two of those running shops.
Nearly thought the expense might not need to be returned :P
So quite a small fee for quite a long report.
I guess it puts me in a good position to bargain next time though!0
