I tried doing one report on my iPhone. I found out my fingers were too fat and kept pressing the wrong thing! :rotfl:
A tablet would be awesome......... hmmmmmm!
Think my dad might be getting rid of his rather new one, which would be sweet cause it would be free. Although having a keyboard with the notebook does have its advantages, I think my issue might be my dongle internet connection. This was 6 months out of date so I've changed it.:j:j:j:j0 -

try not to go too north due to traffic so do central and south
I'm south Bham- don't like going north for the same reason- but have been up to Walsall this week as there was a wicked travel circuit up there! I've got 3 TNS quickies tomorrow in the middle of town, then the rest of my week is really quiet. Theres a few food audits on ESA that il have if the fee goes up some more!
Lol it's nice to speak to someone else local- I thought I was the only one around here ha ha ha!0 -

ahh indeed, right on my patch ha ha well we are not the only ones, ive met one other when we did a joint audit for company who cant be named.
i used to live solihull way but now just outside the city centre
Ive been eyeing those audits too so may fight you for them well the one by the lakes at least?
i try to avoid fastest finger work and keep myself busy with prebooked other work, audits and merchandising.. generally better fees but i fill the gaps with some other stuff.0 -
I've just seen that you can get the MSPA certification online now..
Does anyone here have the certification and feel it is worth it?
Do you feel that the MSCs really value it?0 -

Yea the one just up from the lakes, and I think there's one or two Kiddi way as well.
I've been doing this for about four years, but it's only since been made redundant in December from my full time job that I've been doing it semi full time. I'm finding quite a bit of work to be fair and am really enjoying it so ATM it's all good! Saying that, I'm really quiet next week up to now, so hopefully someone will release a load of work sometime soon!!0 -

I don't think it makes any difference whatsoever. I think its more of an American thing. Don't know of any UK companies which require it.0 -
Defo will get easier. I get the scenarios implanted in my head then just run on auto-pilot. I make key notes on my JobSlinger Ap on my phone, like left/right, in/out, names, and basically write a short paragraph about each shop including exactly what the MOS said, other customers, what other staff were doing etc etc, this way when I come to write the reports, I can take myself back and remember what happened.
It's not a bad fee if you have a nice circuit or two. 10 minutes in the store, less than 10 minutes for the report. Works out to a fair hourly rate if you work it out like that. Plus got me lots of nice goodies which get re-imbursed too!!
As for the Baguettes - Yum! In each store I had, I bought the baguette, and one random pizza topping. Made a whole batch of french bread pizzas tonight - wow!The whole family appreciated that!
Not sure why you think you get the reimbursement on top of the fee, It does not say anything about it in the brief and has always been an all inclusive fee.0 -
