It looks like it, they have halved the fee since I did one of these in December, no way can you do 20 in a morning, there will be at least three food outlets to visit for each person, the reimbursement never covers the outlay either.

I stick south of that mostly. Although had looked at the phones in the Metro before I realised the hour long wait between visits. Not going to be doing them now.

had a bit of a rant at tns for cancelling my jobs had a reply.. missed most out but the following should be noted, maybe worth doing on jobs where they dont state payment can be negotiated.... maybe then well see a rise overall if they are hit with plenty of emails asking for more...

With regards to your complaint over low fees, if you see visits that interest you and we state that payment can be negotiated on the project, please contact us and state what you would need to be paid to complete the visit. However please note that other shoppers will be showing interest as well and we will go with the best offers.

TNS are one of the companies that I will happily send an email to with my mileage costs for visits. I usually get it too. But I'm in an area that they struggle to cover, so that might not work for everyone. When they had the DIY shops my local started with a bonus, even before I got the emails and phone calls to try and get it covered. Sometimes being rural can work out ok.
