Please be kind to me, I don't know the actually know the different department's you go through with the FOS
Submitted my claim July 2011, received a letter Sept 11 to say it was a 12 month wait for an adjudicator. Called them Nov 11 for an update to be told my complaint had been moved to the offers team. Called the offers team to be told they had received an offer from Central Trust, called them December to be told the offer was to low. Called them today for an update to be told no offer has yet been received from Central Trust, CONFUSED!!!!
Was told today if no offer arrives I will be moved to the reddress team. My question is when do you finally get to an adjudicator and how long do they leave you roughly in each department. I thought you were submitted to an adjudicator for them to make a decision and then back to the Ombusman if the bank did not agree to the adjudicator's decision.
Sorry if I sound thick in this.
