  • Get RAC or AA cover though Topcashback, Should cost around £70 per year and you'll get about £20 - £50 cash back.
  • Or even better, if you've Tesco Clubcard vouchers get RAC through Tesco Clubcard. You'll get 4x face value of the vouchers when doing it that way.

just done this with the aa through quidco, chose the aa because they give you the option of haveing personal cover,so also covers you as a passenger in anybody else's car.got joint cover for my wife and son, both with personal cover.for £96.but because i went through quidco £42 cashback,so £54 all in,bargain.must remember to cancel the auto renewal though so have marked it on the caledar to do list in dec 2012
  • We've gone with Autoaid - £38 for the two of us. It works slightly different to the others in that you pay the breakdown company that recovers you, and AutoAid then sends you a cheque to cover the cost. They've had very good reviews, however we've not needed them yet!

I Have used Autoaid for 6 or 7 years had them out a couple of times, 1st class service, paid back quickly. and I don't have the pain of chasing the best price every year, stopping auto renewals that are £150 etc.

Happy Green Flag member here. Much cheaper than the big two and another one where cashback is available through QuidCo. Just make sure not to auto-renew to avoid the inevitable increase.

You might already have the cover you want on a fee paying bank account.

    Check that first.
