timber treating and products?

hi, any ideas on where i can obtain following products from, these are the ones used by rentokil as it states on their website.
sterilising fluid
control fluid SB
control paste SB

or alternatively i have seen ronseal fluid at arnold lavers, which says it is suitable for wood treatment,
however
i would have thought that the one used by rentokil would be better (as they offer 30 year guarantee )

have decided to get joiner in to replace some joists and cut and join some joists
then treat timber self or pay someone to do it.

any help advice greatly appreciated as never done anything like this before
