Hi
We ordered a tablet computer from Carphone Warehouse last Thursday night with delivery due on Monday this week.
It didn't turn up and when we phoned them they said they had none in stock and weren't sure when they would be in stock.
Since then we haven't heard anything from them at all.
BUT they have taken the funds out of our account on the Thursday the order was placed.
Is this normal? Should we be asking for the money to be refunded until they can say that they can actually fulfill the order?
