I am currently on save online 10 contract til October.

Can you confirm if I left this month I would only liable for a £30 cancellation fee and not anything else ?

Hi scotslad

SaveOnline 10 is a contract plan for a year from the date you switch so yes, would be £30.00 cancellation fee for leaving us this month.

This will be automatically applied to your Final Bill which won’t include any discounts as per our T’s and C’s.

If you’re in credit at the mo and it more than covers your Final Bill, it’s worth leaving the DD active so we can issue a refund.

Equally, if there’s a balance to pay, this will be claimed in full from your bank account at least 10 days after the bill is produced.
