Payday loans?

Maybe, as a short term fix, it is what you have to do. Try extend the O/D first though!
In the longer term (next month & beyond) you need to look at your whole budget, incoming & outgoings & see if you can make them match!
Put together & post an SOA (see the sticky at the start of this forum) and loads of advice will come your way!Proud to be dealing with my debts :j

Please don't! Is there anything you can do? If you can't meet your repayments, could you not contact CCCS/Payplan and look into doing a Debt Management Plan?
I know you'll be getting this money soon, but obviously unexpected things will happen again and you could end up in the same situation - just my opinion though!

"I should be getting a bonus"
should is quire a scary word when talking about borrowing money.0 -
Thanks for the views - I haven't yet sent the information off, so no obligations yet.
I just worked out that I have until Thursday to sort something out before the next DDs go out. Well, besides Egg chasing me for going over my CC limit (which was their interest, not my spending) - but they can just wait!
I've just sold a few things and raised part of the cash, but it will take a week to go into my bank (Paypal). I'm thinking of taking out a shorter term payday loan, maybe even just £100 which might cover me, and speaking to the bank and loan company.
SOA is in development, but will be posted sometime soon =0)
Thanks again - I'll work something out.
And I will be getting a bonus, unless my company doesn't pass its audits (it's FTSE 250 so that is remote).0 -
Well HSBC wouldn't budge on the overdraft, and after discussing a loan with them to consolidate it was declined.
So Payday loan it is, unfortunately.0 -
Since you haven't listened to a word said on this post, what was the point of typing it?0

nomoneytoday, I have listened to everything suggested.
I have contacted my bank (who I have been with for 18 years) - they wouldn't help.
I have contacted my loan company - they wouldn't defer payment.
I can't borrow from family.
As it happens, I was just turned down for a payday loan! Can you believe it? Well, I can actually. So I guess I'm just going to wait and see if my Direct Debits are honoured or not. If they aren't, then I'll deal with whatever happens.0 -

i would suggest that you post a SOA here, while it may not solve this months problems it may help to address the overall debt and spending issues.0
