I recieved a letter from my local council today. They have now assessed my medical and have awarded me a total of 35 points, which is what I suspected it should have been, not 5.

"It's not who you are underneath. It's what you do that defines you." ― Rachel Dawes (Batman Begins movie 2005)
It is good news, however, doesn't effect the fact that come July I'll only be eligible for the room in a shared house allowance. Despite my health problems, I'm trying really hard to get some work lined up by then.
The council also called me about my situation, and thought it's probably a good idea if I come in to speak to them about everything. So hopefully something positive will come of that.
