I have got this pillow http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/1272428.htm...
If you like a firm pillow that doesnt collapse or half in size and offers good neck support it has certainly helped me get a better nights sleep..and helped considerably with my back pain
Its not cheap though and its only good if you like a really firm pillow0 -
I've got a memory foam one, it looks a bit crap in a pillow case, but keeps its shape well, it did take a bit of getting used to as before I had a hollow fibre, had feather ones before but I had how the feathers just end up on either side of your head.0

I've got a Tempur pillow, cost my son a fortune but he didn't get on with it so gave it to me. Some nights it suits me but sometimes I have to swap it for a feather one as it seems too hard. I have back and neck problems and find it hard to sleep at the best of times.0
