Decent pillows

Where can I buy decent pillows that don't go flat or collapse in the middle after a couple of months? My last pair were from BHS and cost £20 for the pair but they were half the size within a month! I had some wonderful down ones years ago and live in hope of finding similar again that I don't have to fold in half to get any kind of support!

I've had pillows from Debenhams before which were also slack within a few months, I kept them as I got used to them but I've since bought some Slumbernights (think thats what its called?) pillows, got them the year before last and know I wouldn't have paid more then £10-£15 for the pair (can't remember exact figure), they are still firm and fluffy and I'd recommend them to anyone. They were claiming to have some sort of memory foam technology (yeah whatever!) not saying if they do or don't- but just in terms of trying to locate what I bought this may help tell the difference as they have many types.

Pillows are definitely not all made equally. I usually buy £40/pair ones half price in the sales to try and get decent ones. I've looked at the duvetandpillowwarehouse before and it looked quite good too.

Props here for the Duvet & Pillow Warehouse Luxury microfibre pillows. Usually between £15-£20 for a pair depending on sale etc, and mine have lasted very well. They bounce back into shape and are super comfy, yet feel like down. Only issue I had is when I washed and tumble dried one, and it went a bit lumpy. But at that sort of price I'm not fussed.

Just been on the pillow hunt myself. As a poster above mentioned, Dunelm-Mill has a very good choices. At least you can go into the shop and 'squish' the pillows to see if they are 'extra filled' or 'firm'; depending on your needs.

Just bought some Dorma Full Forever Pillows. They are definitely 'full' and rather firm, which is just what I was after, and about three times the thickness of the ones I took back to Argos.

Of course, I'll need to wait a few months to see if I'm still saying the same thing.

I have some lovely box/oriental style feather & down pillows that I got from Tk Max. They were about £20 each & worth every penny, so lovely & fat & allow me to have a great nights comfortable sleep. I think I got them about 3yrs ago now.
