The correct address is forumresponse@npower.com

Thanks Adam for passing my comments on; I've spoken to Sharon this morning.
For those reading and trying to get an answer to their problem, Adam passed on my details and I have talked through my problems regarding the visibility of my bill with Sharon. Whilst I still can't see on-line my electricity details, I am reassured that I am not wildly in debit or credit. And hopefully when the next bill arrives in April it will have sorted itself out.
Sharon has got a reminder in her calendar to contact me then to make sure this is the case. In the meantime I am going to send in regular meter readings to establish a good pattern of my use.
If you can't resolve initially via the nPower web site, I recommend to post on this part of the forum so that Adam can assist.
Thanks againWon Mulberry Bag Jan 090 -

I changed over to npower last May, got a paper bill in August and signed up for paperless. When I go online there are no bills to view and the next bill date is February so I have no idea if I am paying enough or not. Once every six months is not so good.
We are set to Move house in Feb, does anyone know if we will incur penalties was ending the contract early? We are on gofix5.0 -
If moving no you wontDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

Cheers for that - one less expense - just calculated both gas and electricity and it looks like we are about £120 underpaid which may well have balanced over the summer but with being charged the higher rate for the 800 and some units each winter months, it has worked out bad timing - ah well0

I hate npower's 6 monthly billing periods almost as much as Scottish power's site that generates a new bill each time you submit a meter reading. Quarterly billing periods are much more preferable IMO.
This all depends on a person's financial situation. If you are fortunate enough to be in the financial position to be able to pay for your power every 3 months or 6 months then that is fine, but there are others, such as myself, who prefer to pay monthly, so a monthly (generated) bill is suited and suitable for me. It also helps me to see how much I am using every 28 days (I take my meter readings every 4 weeks and not on, say, 28th of the month) and how much it costs for those 28 days. Bills should be generated whenever someone wants one, not when the power company dictates, which helps people to get themselves in to a financial mess. Besides, it is calculated by computer so no person is involved, unless you don't pay of course.0
