Stopping my transfer

Mid way through a transfer from EDF to Scot Power. Final meter reading has not been taken. Can I stop the process, re-evaluate and possibly choose an alternative based on the latest price falls? I would hate to give these thieves any more of my money than I need to.

No. However once switched you can switch again subject to any Early Termination Charge applicable to your new tariff.0 -
How far into the transfer are you? If your past the 15th day it can be stopped, but only if the new supplier to be hasnt confirmed a start date or they may place a co-operative objectionDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

depends on how `soon` it is , within the cool off period? then yes - call edf to stop , after , somewhat trickier....0
