Tesco Llanelli

Options
I was parked in Tesco Llanelli today, and was looking to see if I could see any signs from the scammers, they had one on the entrance of the car park right on a roundabout and that is it, in a car park that holds probably 300 cars! I would love to see how they could win anything in a small claims should it ever go there.

Also noticed something as well with the cameras, it was before the petrol station, so I had my dinner and left the car park, then a half mile down the road the fuel light came on, so went back to fuel up, so contravening their pathetic rules of no return in 2 hours, wonder if the company will get another invoice shortly ? ;)
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

If they do issue you a lovely invoice, send it to Tesco with a letter saying "is this what I get for spending £100 on fuel?" before ditching Tesco (if you can) and fuel-up elsewhere.

I would love it if they ever tried to take someone to court over the "don't return within 2 hours" rules they try and enforce. :D

I think Tesco may be looking again at how they treat the so called 'gullable' public after tonights news of their share values falling 15%. People are wising up to their antics.

Much as you might like it to be, I should think that Tesco's car parking policy has had zero effect on the reported numbers - other factors are far more relevant.

However, their use of PPC's may be argued to be just another indicator of their real regard for customers. What, for example, ever happened to that old 6p a litre differential between supermarket fuel and that from the likes of Esso, BP and Shell? One is tempted to draw analogies between the supermarkets (collectively - they're as bad as one another) and fairgrounds: Plenty of bright flashing lights, bells, whistles and promises of thrills and spills but ultimately we are drawn in and our pockets emptied in as many ways as possible whether that be on a sale price that is actually more expensive that the last time you bought or a PPC trying to tuck you up for £80 on the basis of a speculative invoice. We are increasingly being treated like a crop to be harvested.
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(
