Help! I am in Spain and have been given 3 kilo's!!!!! of almonds, what on earth can I do with them?

Mmmm almond butter is amazing! And sometimes I grind them in my food processor and make lemon/orange cakes with a lovely texture.0

If you can grind them: bakewell tart and all sorts of cakes with ground almonds in (my Mum used to have a wonderful cherry cake recipe with lots of ground almond in) and also watercress soup, which sometimes has finely ground almonds in it. Or eat them just like that with raisins - very good for us I am told !0
