Hi there
I know no ruling has been passed yet but I am confused. I've just been moved from IB, is the contribution based support group going to be time limited? A report I read said it wasn't but lots of people have told me it will be. Thanks in advance:)

The support group is not time-limited (at the moment) but the plan is that the WRAG will be. It would then be income based.Lost my soulmate so life is empty.
I can bear pain myself, he said softly, but I couldna bear yours. That would take more strength than I have -

Just been announced, 3 of the welfare reform issues the government has been trying to push thru, have not gone thru as Cameron et al planned... 1. Time limiting CBESA WRAG, to a year, has been overturned in the lords, it now limited to 2 year. 2. Cancer patients will not have to go for the WCA. and 3. Plans to throw out ESA in youth were rejected completely.:j]Mortgage 1. At start £46,000, may 1996 jan 11 £27363.58  Dec 11 £25,289.00 December 12 £21,882.68
june 2013, £[STRIKE]18,948 18,182[/STRIKE][/ September 13. Funds available to clear the darn thing! Yay! :j0 -

This is what the Lords have said but the bill will go back to the Commons where the amendents are likely to be changed back.

Quick question, will this effect people on income related ESA? I am on income related but in work related group (Currently on appeal to go into Support related)
Would I be effected by this change.0 -
The bill only affects claimants receiving Contribution Based ESA who have spend more than 365 (730?) days in the WRAG.0
