Post to Nigeria for Western Union money

Put a phone and eBay and despite putting UK ONLY and no posting to nigeria or western union some scammer has contacted me try to persuade me, told him he can whistle for it.

BUT in the past I have reported them to eBay but can't remember how to do it, anyone know how?

I may be corrected but i think you can file a none paying bidder report to get your final value fees back and on this area you have to tick a box to say why you want the fee reimbursed and there is a box for bidder wants posting to area i dont post to etc.
there may be another way but good luck

Sorry wasn't entirely clear, they haven't actually bid for it so don't need to do this.

sorry my mistake, did they try and get you to sell off ebay because you can report that but not sure how

choose the relevant category and this will allow you to report the bidder to ebay!
