Lloyds TSB Credit Card question

Quick and maybe a stupid question but ive gotta ask it, would my local TSB branch know my account number from an old credit card I had even though it wasnt connected to my old current account that I had with them or do I have to fill in a SAR to get the account number?

Don't know the answer to that but there is no harm in trying them first

They might have the details, at the very least a card number? If not then give Card Services a call and see if they can find you

Also drop an email to [EMAIL="mPPI.Customer.Relations@lloydstsb.co.uk"]PPI.Customer.Relations@lloydstsb.co.uk[/EMAIL] I know it is for PPI complaints however just ask if they could forward your email via their internal emails to Customer Relations whether it be card services or personal banking you should still get a call back from an adviser who can assist.

Phoned the number and spoke to a nice lady who has sent a internal email to get my info from my old credit card, gonna take 7 - 10 days :-)
