it's an organisation that is an eco-chairty called eta and you have to join for a really small fee and then arrange for the guy to come check the car. (i cancelled by phone towards the end of my year).
i was frustrated because the aa had stopped doing them. it was this or find a mechanic i trust (and i don't know any).0
