website going really well, we need to do more in Wales to show people what we have on offer - we dont appreciate what we have0

Just a little criticism. The recipe for Welsh rarebit toasts should surely use a cheese such as Caerphilli rather than Lancashire.
I see you have a Facebook page. How about setting up a Twitter account too? You can then use it to promote up and coming events such as the Smallholder and Garden Festival or the Royal Welsh Show, as well as the various food festivals, Cardiff, Abergavenny and Cowbridge spring to mind.0 -
Thanks for all your ideas -
I just published a recipe that was sent to me
I'm now looking to help to promote Welsh produce
Have a look at my latest recommendation to see what you think :beer:0 -
I've not tried them yet.
A couple of my recommendations.
Slade Farm Organics. They often have a stall at Cowbridge farmers market and their meat is excellent. Even if we don't have much money, we often buy bacon from them as it's good quality and not expensive.
If you like jerky, Martin's Jerked Meat is good too. He even makes vegetarian jerky! Martin's quite a character and often demonstrates how jerky was made in the past at various food festivals and re-enactment shows.0
