The ethos of this board

I thought this board had to have a money theme yet straight away I see a discussion about motorway driving? And not even in the context of say a fine/penalty points.
If random rants are indeed allowed, I have a list 'ready to go' - starting with a neighbour who is running around in shorts (some legs should be kept under wraps) to show off his newly acquired tan to Transco which, in time honoured British worker fashion, dug a hole and left it...

And, although I agree some legs should remain forever covered, digging a hole and leaving it seems a bizarre response.
