To get the maximum protection with paypal, you'd want to:
- Only buy from sellers with Buyer Protection showing
- Always fund the payment with credit card
At least you're better off than if you pay by cheque - you would certainly have lost £15 if you had. At least with paypal there's a chance of getting the whole lot back.My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -
I am sorry that you appear to have been ripped of and I hope that you get your money back.
I am however a bit surprised that you expected to get a genuine designer handbag for under £40?
That price screams fake to me.
Maybe you knew it was fake but expected a better quality fake. Or am I just too cynical today?

This bag would have cost around £100 New, But this one was listed as used so to pay £39 pound, I would have thought she had a good deal.
Treat people as you would want to be treated, Thats my motto! Cynical people as well.:kisses3: Everyday above ground is a bonus!!:D0
