Help needed as feeling very anxious about student loans

Hi there,
I have managed to get myself into a complete mess with Student Finance and am wondering if anyone can help.
I am absolutely useless with forms and timekeeping and struggling to juggle everything else that is going on in our lives at present. My Hubby is in his second year of a foundation degree. I was asked to send SF evidence of hubbys commitments, which I sent our council tax bills and rental statement as I was asked over the phone. It has now come to light (possibly through my own mistakes/misunderstanding what was required) that i should have completed a form for this too. it appears that we now have a huge overpayment from last year and they have removed some of this years payments too.
Could anyone help me with two things really? One- what should I send them as evidence for financial commitments? Do I need to put in things for my income and tax credits too?
And also, will this award be re-instated when they recieve all the information? I am terrified that it won't be. I realise this is potentially all my doing as I am just awful with money/budgeting/getting forms in on time in general. I guess I have my head in the sand and need to wake up and smell the coffee. Having two children to juggle and work and hubby at uni is beginning to take it's toll on me I guess. Although I don't expect any sympathy as I know there are plenty in much worse situations than mine, I would appreciate any advice anyone has to offer.
Many thanks indeed

I have had the worst time ever with sf this time. It has just been a complete nightmare. However when I sent in my financial commitments I had to send everything from rent statements, council tax, loan agreements, house insurance etc and there was a form (booklet) to fill out too, I cant remember exactly what it was called but it basically asked for all financial commitmant amounts and income details.
We sent p60's, tax credit letters ( will only accept ones will a special code on the bottom!!) and bank statements. Due to sf being completley useless, I have not recieved most of the finance that I'm entitled to but they have said that once the evidence is assessed I should then recieve the shortfall.
Just a warning though, be prepared for a long wait! I was awarded my finance then had it revoked. Told they'd never received my evidence /had lost it/gave it to the wrong department and all this through no fault of my own. During my last call to them they said my paperwork is now due to be assessed on Weds (just gone) so we will see what my phone call tomorrow brings.
Good luck, I understand how stressful this is.0
