I placed an order for an item on 26th of Dec and the estimated delivery date was 4th of Jan. The item didn't arrive and I contacted Amazon. They told me to wait until 12th. Surprise, surprise still no sign of the item. Phoned them again today. Now they are sending a replacement and will be despatching it through first class for free. Well done amazon! :j
