Help:new kitchen door required

I had my kitchen completely fitted from sovereign kitchens which was located on Leytonstone rd...They have since closed and I now have one door which has peeled from the top edge due to water ingress...I need help in locating the same doors that are on the market anywhere so I can purchase one...
I apologise as this has been previously posted but the pic was not deemed to be clear enough last time...I must also mention the streaks in the door are not due to a flash, light etc but that the actual door does have different shades of colour in there.
