Play her at her own game and next time you get your kid say you are not giving him back!

    Really bad advice.

OP, are you on the child's birth cert? Why are you in receipt of the CB? Do you pay maintenance, either privately or via the CSA? Have you spoken to your son about football?

You and your must both remember that the child is all that matters - you need to be civil and polite for his sake. Try and talk to the child's mother again.

If he has the son so much then he should be receiving child maintenance as he looks like the main carer to me.

I really feel for you as these things are never easy, but I think perhaps you've posted on the wrong forum, and should try this on the Marriage, Relationships and Families forum, as this one is just about which benefits you are entitled to.

    Best of luck!

This makes it sound like he isn't the main carer now.

Paul, if your post is about the rights you have to see your son, then as already posted, you will be better off posting on the marriages board.

If your post is about losing any child related benefits now your son now stays with his mother for most of the time (does he?); then this benefits board is the correct board.
RENTING? Have you checked to see that your landlord has permission from their mortgage lender to rent the property? If not, you could be thrown out with very little notice.
Read the sticky on the House Buying, Renting & Selling board.

  • thanks for the replys i will post in marriages board.

    paul.
