Does anyone own a Samsung DVD-SH893M 160GB HDD Recorder?

Hi,

I've just bought a second-hand Samsung DVD-SH893M/XEU HDD recorder but it hasn't got a remote control and I'm not sure which one to get.

AV UK LTD have two versions, but because I'm not allowed to post links I'll have to try and describe the difference:

1) Model SAMSUNG DVD-SH893M/XEU has buttons above the STAND BY and OPEN/CLOSE buttons.

2) SAMSUNG DVDSH893M/XEU (without the dash after "DVD") has no buttons at the top of the remote above those of STAND BY and OPEN/CLOSE.

If anyone has this model (with the "XEU" suffix), could you tell me which style of remote control you have, please?

Also, has anyone had any experience of using compatible or universal remote controls with this unit?

Don't own one, but I have sold them for a couple of years previous. And the one I recognise is the remote for the one without the dash.

The one with the dash is the one AV UK LTD gave me a link to (but without specifying why). The one without the dash, however, is the only one I've seen on eBay and other places.

Just trying to avoid ordering the wrong one!
