HI Folks , was wondering if anyone on here could give me some advise on how I should go about my ppi claim against Welcome Finance ?. During the years 03/04 I had five loans with welcome , total £27500 I do know they all had ppi.

I also had loans from 2005 onwards but the FSCS have dealt with them, and I have been told by welcome that they will send me out a complaint form so I can start the claim for the 03/04 loans .

The problem I have is when the FSCS done the claim I never got a penny because they found an old account that had a oustanding balance of !£15000 so they deducted the £5000 I won from the oustanding balance.
I never knew I had an oustanding balance with welcome as I had never heard from them in years and I thought the total had been written off when I was declaired bankrupt .

My question is Do I go ahead and let welcome handle the claim for my £27000 worth of 03/04 claims and take the lot from old balance or is there anyway I can get some of the funds into my account ?? . thanks Alex
