Who recovered your data, if it was an it repair company its pretty shoddy they didnt offer to reinstall it for you
It was a friend, but I've come out of it with an upgrade from Vista to 7, and a 120GB HDD to 240GB HDD.2021

Well it appears my Outlook archive wasn't working correctly - and there's no sign of my email in there from 2010 :-(
Will contacting Microsoft be of any use - surely they'll have got me registered on their databases, so I can be emailed the Product Key2021

I've managed to find the Product Key in my Archive emails - and now installing the correct Office product.
