Lost credit agreement

I have just had a reply from Clydesdale Bank for the original Credit agreement(response to 1st Letter of PPI claim) for a Bank Of Scotland Visa, saying they cannot find the original Executed Credit Agreement.
This card was pretty much forced upon me as an alternative many years ago when I had a Comet Account Card (which I must say had pretty favourable conditions) and Comet stopped them and passed all accounts, I believe, to RBS.
What is the next action I should take to reclaim PPI on the card since?

Why do you need your agreement?
You dont need it to complain. You dont need it for working out figures.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. Thats what the MSE 1st letter is about obtaining!
My question is as it is not available what is the next process as the second letter requests detail about the agreement terms and conditions?Signature removed0 -

The only reason you would need the agreement is if you are are on a fishing expedition as you dont know if you have PPI or not. You appear to believe you have PPI and therefore you do not require the agreement. You can go straight to complaint.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
