claming ppi through a debt agency

I know that I've been mis sold ppi in the past, I'm currently with a debt agency (gregory Pennington) how can I go about slamming anything owed. They deal with all my creditors. Has anyone ever calmed through a debt agency?

You can complain but if successful, the lender is allowed to use any redress payment to reduce/clear debts that have been written off with them, defaults and arrears. Only if there is a surplus above this would you see the money.

There is a caveat that it does depend on the relationship and contract between the lender and the debt collection agency. In some cases they may not be able to offset it.
