Natwest agreed PPI, but still have not paid it!!

Hi all
I have been helping friends with PPI mis-selling. Natwest have agreed to pay back £17,000. This was 3 months ago, and the letter said the amount will show up on on his next cc statement. His balance on his cc was £13,000 so he didn't make more than the minimum payment of £250, but he thought this would be cleared by the PPI amount.
Well fast forward 3 months, and Natwest have still not paid out, and every time he calls they said "they are endeavouring to pay this back asap" and more excuses.. Meanwhile he has been charged £500 interest, and he is about to be charged another £250 interest.
I think this is not on, so would like to do something, especially bearing in mind their letter said the amount will show up on the next statement!!
Thanks

You need to get the charges back, put a complaint into Natwest regarding these.
Ring FOS and complain about the redress not being paid, this will be another complaint against them.0
