I have recently been lucky enough to get a new company vehical.
Mercedes Vito Dualiner.
Mecedes Benz told me that it is classified as a light commercial vehical as it has a payload capacity in excces of 1 tonne.
Unfortunately our local tax officer is of the opinion that it should be classified as a car for income tax purposes.
any ideas?
