CCleaner is one option, you can get the slim build here
http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/builds
Click options then settings, put the dot in secure deletion and choose how many overwrites, some say 1 is sufficient, however, if none of the files are too big, you can set it for as many overwrites as you prefer.
There is an option to run ccleaner automatically when windows starts, though this would remove any second chances of restoring files from the recycle bin.0 -
