Best type of fridege/Freezer?

Hello there,

I'm on the lookout for a new fridge/freezer and wonder what type is best, standard defrost kind or frostfree. My old hotpoint 16 years old collected mountains of frost in in the freezer section, and I dont want that again.

Do modern fridge/freezers have much of a build up in the freezer compartment and how often and how long does it take to defrost them?

Someone has told me that frost free fridge/freezers are more trouble than they are worth too many things to go wrong.

Liebherr are about as good as you'll get.

Frost free is fine if you buy a decent one. Cheap ones can be hassle.
