I reported this to the police, who say always: "that is a civil matter" and result of excessive alcohol. Who dares go out 3 am to face what knows what...You should be able to download the deeds from Land Registry website for £4.I

Accidental damage in the building policy covers accidents caused by the faults of the building and subsidence. It is cheap policy £1900 pa
I think you are right, we have unusual leases, and solicitors said so. I own the entrance downstairs, the stairs and landing leading to my flat which are "right of way", used by other people, not my family only.. and I own my flat. But I cannot find a policy that covers damages caused for example by the tenants upstairs letting bath overflow to my ceiling. I did enquire yesterday a broker on that.
Not all properties have service charges. It may some times work well without SC: If the repair is big, consultation should comply with S20; if repair is small under £250 per Lessee it can be arranged informally and cheaply."I'll be back."0
