    We dont have a garage to store it in and theres no way we could get it in the house, i do have a couple of friends who have been asking if they could borrow the bike for a while so i guess i could lend them it

    **UPDATE** Thank you all for your help.

    We managed to get in to see the CAB today and after getting no where with the bailiff (nasty nasty piece of work i really hope no one else gets him) they approaced the council who have agreed to take back the debt and take the money directly from our benefits.

    Only trouble was not an hour after the was agreed the Bailiff turned up in our garden again telling us he was taking the bike so we called the police on him so fingers crossed he will get his wrists slapped

    Probably visited after he got the call asking to hand back, just to increase his fees. Will wait for the outcome of that....
    I all have learnt is from others on many sites.
    Seek legal help if unsure.
    Dont pay Private Parking tickets - they are mere invoices.
