Have ended up at in laws cos of the snow. Its really quite deep and with having to go to work in morning it is better to be within walking distance.

Train tickets are all booked now to go to best mates in April we had booked the trip there but today got the return ticket too at good price so am really looking forward to it.

Have done all my entries for the Ipad. Hopefully should manage 6 or 7 entries tomorrow for the camera.

Glad you got your tickets Becks - trains are so expensive. Never use them ourselves as no station very handy and far too expensive for 4 anyway. GeorgeBee has posted the latest Waterstones Comps by the way.

Can I just ask, received Snow child from Waterstones yesterday. But no slip asking me to review it or anything like that. How do you know what you're supposed to do?

Was it just a giveaway one? If so no need to do anything (but polite to put a review on waterstones.com - there is a little guide on there) if it is a review they usually send a note.

Sheils. We managed to get tickets for Stoke on Trent to Poole for £60 return between us so only £30 return each. Really chuffed. Will do us good to get away and i cant wait to take the kids to the beach and do some babysitting

Morning Compers

Loads of snow here yesterday!! My next door but one neighbours have built an igloo! Well, it's more like a snow cave as it lacks the traditional igloo entrance but it's still pretty impressive! :j:j

I'm hoping we don't get any more today and it starts to clear up as Mr M will struggle to get to work in the snow. He's got today off so hopefully the roads he uses will have a bit of Sunday traffic and be a little easier to drive on tomorrow.

Today is my only day off and I'm usually up 5/5.30am for work so went to bed early last night and thought I'd get a lie in today but Mr M's alarm went off at 5am cos he forgot to turn it off :mad: Then just I was dozing off it went off again :mad: Then Izzy & Rudy couldn't contain their excitement anymore so had to get up :mad: and Mr M's still asleep :mad::mad::mad: so I think a mild nanna nap might be in order later on :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: after I've snowtrekked to the pub for my dinner of course

Morning all, i do hate Sunday mornings. Even worse when we have stayed at inlaws. Late night and early morning on an uncomfy sofa bed still i appreciate that they let us stay cos of the snow and have to go to work. In laws are like a hurricane when they get up to go church... So disorganised and have had to lend MIL my gloves as she couldnt find hers. OH was laughing at them reminding them how they used to tell him t get his things ready the night before if he was going away

Morning all,

Hope everyone is ok and aren't snowed in - we have a touch of frost! Might be bad on the roads though as we had a lot of rain yesterday.
Horrible when an alarm goes off on day off Melvis. Igloo sounds good though.
Funny to think of peeps being like a hurricane getting ready for chuch Becks.
Only me up here - kids sleeping and DH watching TV in bed. I'm not dressed or showered yet just comping away in peace - lovely!
