Heads Up, the Times comp is still accepting entries for a 10PM draw for some reason, the T & Cs say it ends at 9PM. Better safe than sorry.

Coopers a lovely dog Sue. I love boxers, there used to be one who lived near my mum who was very friendly but neglected since the owners wife died. My sister moved into the house where he lived and he kept going back to the house for a while. Think he was missing the lady owner.

Hope you enjoy the film Katie I've heard good reviews on it.

I only entered once for the iPad comp, been a bit busy today.

January has been quiet for me too but thats ok. still waiting for a few things from December and when they arrive it will spur me on

Have started entering a few text comps this month so will keep my eye on those and postals as well and see if I can get anything from them

Is it silly to feel a little bit empty now best mate has gone. Think just cos me and him go so far back and so good to spend so much time together. Glad we got the time. I didn't ever believe we would properly see each other again

Morning everyone,

Monday again! Kids didn't want to get up this morning. DD's walking companion is off school with sickness bug that DD had last week so she had to walk on her own. (I was mean and refused to drive her) and DS was at a staff party so was late home!
Postman has been already and brought a Waterstones Book and a £25 Premium Bond win that I didn't know was coming so that was nice! Won another Tropicana Voucher so not too bad a start to the week.

What book have you got fron Waterstones sheils I will keep my fingers crossed our postie might bring me one too. Wheb I was in Manchester other day we walked past Waterstones and I blurted out "that reminds me i need to see if they have added anything to read and review" think my best mate thought i was a bit mad (but then I explained to him )

I am back to work later so back to reality. Still least i havent had to get up early today and make breakfast and tea like a maid

Forgot to tell you all on Saturday we had a disaster... OH was going football so me and my friend went to town about 1130 to have a coffee. We were happily relaxed and chilling when OH rang and said we needed go back as there was a leak in the bathroom. We went back and called out our repairs team. OH went off to footy as didnt want him to miss it and we waited in for repair man. Wheb we got there there was no more water leaking so we turned the water off anyway to investigate. The carpet was soaked and OH had thrown all my clean towels down. It was a total mystery as had been fine when we left to go into town. And its still a mystery now as reapair man investigated and couldnt find anywhere leaking and so far (touch wood) whatever it was leaking hasnt done it again. So so odd!
