Morning all

The Times hourly competition is go! Apologies though as it finishes at 9pm and not midnight as I originally thought - still, this will give us all our freedom a few hours earlier than we expected.

Was up late last night as started watching the Les Miserables 25th Anniversary concert on DVD and had forgotten how long it was - hours and hours of lovely Alfie Boe - swoon!

I'm looking forward to my usual Sunday afternoon of comping while listening to the Simon Mayo and Mark Kermode film review podcast from Radio 5. If you've never listened to it you should give it a go as it's a hoot.

Hope everyone has a good day - lots of positive vibes for the iPad comp...

Well thats best mate safely back on his train home. Been so good to see him. Waiting for my bus home now. Bet OH is fast asleep still when i get back

Thanks SueMaggie, got our entries in to both hours so far. We love the Les Mis Concert. OH had the Phantom Concert for Christmas, might give that a go later but I bet it's not a patch on Les Mis.

Sue it has been amazing. Just so precious and i know he has left relaxed and happy which was what I wanted as he had a tough few months at end of last year and he really needed the break so it has been good for me to be able to help. Was hard for me when he was struggling too as i was far away and although we talked plenty it wasnt the same as being there so has done him good to chat it through face to face.

Gonna spoil OH somehow this week as he has been good enough not to grumble at all that I havent always spent as much time with him

Hope everyone is well. Glad you have had a good time Becks. Getting sick of January as nothing nice seems to have happened and everyone keeps getting ill! Tried to book something for February on the £19 Premier Inn sale but there wasn't anywhere I wanted. There was Blackpool but we were there at the end of November. Just have a few days out I think when the kids are off - they are only off for 3 days here.
Nearly forgot the Time 9am comp as I went for a shower then.

Sounds as it it's been good all round.Nice of OH not to complain,i'm sure you will make it up to him.

caught up on the flower comp categories that are still open seemed a bit odd not doing any comping at all since Tuesday but I was ahead so no real worries that I missed a few days. Some things are more important

On the flower comp, do you not always have to write anything? I had to for the NY Resolution one, but not for the one I did today.
