I've got a years supply of Shampoo, Conditioner and Styling products (if I can keep my OH away from it) and as of today enough deodorant to keep me smelling nice for a good long while.

DH has just gone to bed as he is full of the cold and feels rotten so I'll be staying up to catch up on the comps DD is insisting she is going back to school tomorrow as she has a French test to do. Just been making sure DS's Liverpool shirt is dry for PE tomorrow since they beat Man City earlier so he is sure to want to wear it!

Wish the people upstairs would shut up really gettingon my nerves now. They have been getting progressively louder since just before christmas. God knows what they are doing up there. Banging around all day

Hope your neighbours shut up last night Becks. We are a noisy family but luckily no-one can hear us as the houses are well apart and we even have the garages between us too. Expect we would be quieter if we lived in a flat. I was brought up in semis and my mum never let us make any noise!

I dont mind normal day to day noise. Thats inevitable. They just seem to bang around from 7am til 11pm.

Winds are rough again here. Kept waking me up in the night as the car alarms kept going off outside.

I need to do some food shopping later when i motivate myself to go out.

We had winds through the night but it looks ok now - in fact the sun is shining! Must hang the washing out. (another load!)

I can sympathise. I used to live in a flat and for a while we had students directly above us who would be up until 3:00AM/4:00AM every night playing music & stomping around. We asked them to keep the noise down but were basically laughed at. Not sure if I should admit this, but we took to buzzing their doorbell when we went to work at 8:00AM (what a bad person I am! ). It could have backfired on us but after a little while they seemed to get the message and cut back!

I live on a really busy road, I can't hear the neighbours for the trucks! But with it being constant you can tune it out.

Can I ask you all what you think of Pushchair Traders comps? Has anyone paid to be a VIP to get 25 times more entrys and has it paid off? I've not seen it mentioned at all and every time I enter a comp with them I wonder.

Becks I do feel for you....my kids can be loud at times and I'm always apologising to neighbours for it!:o

Hope your hubby is ok Sheils xx mine hasn't had man flu yet this yr which is really surprising!

I don't do them comps purple, don't think I've heard of it before.

Postie should be round soon......does anyone else get all excited when they see postie on the way?

I get excited when I hear the letterbox go or if someone knocks on the door

Ours didn't bring much today. Just general post.

Think I better go and brave Iceland and get some shopping in. Weather has perked up a bit now. Must remember that for next week I need enough food for three not two best friend is coming to stay. Not seen him for three years!
