Just wondered if anyone braved the Boots sales this morning? I can't get there till my lunch break and am expecting it all to be gone.
I would quite like a bargain considering the comping fairy seems to have abandoned me so far this month!

I find going to Butlins with my 2 year old niece and my friends 1 year old hard enough, and then there are 5 adults to pass them between!

Morning all. Patience is really wearing thin with OH at minute. He is totally refusing to go to sleep at night (he says he can't). I am so tired. Just want a proper nights sleep without being disturbed by him every couple of hours. How selfish I am

Hope your last day goes quickly Becks, bet you can't wait to see your friend. Let your impatience with your OH wash over you, don't let it spoil the visit, you can sort him out once your friend has gone. I find a swift kick up the backside does the trick

I just had the one baby, when she was about 5 we asked her whether she would like a Brother, Sister or a puppy, we've had a dog ever since. She's 35 now and we're on our 4th dog

I don't think you are selfish Becks you need your sleep when you are working. It used to cause terrible arguements with my parents as my mum couldn't sleep. I just get up early and comp so don't disturb DH and I can go to bed at same time. I would love another little win too - my wins were in first few days so I feel like I haven't won for ages. This has been my worst month for about a year I think but I did have a pretty good year so can't complain.


Edit: Just seen Sue's post and agree about the swift kick!

I don't have any kids, but when I asked my friend's 4-year old daughter what she wanted her pregnant Mummy to have (meaning a boy or a girl) she thought for a minute and said - "A lemur"!

She had a brother in the end, and was a bit disappointed...

Talking of kids OH has just asked if I think he could be a good dad. He is watching Jeremy Kyle and says doesnt understand young lads not wanting anything to do with their kids. But says he worries he won't be a good dad. Told him he will be fine if it ever happens

Just spent all morning trying to unblock the kitchen sink. No luck so off to buy some sink unblock liquid.

Bit of a pain as I live miles from anywhere.

May pop into Boots to see if there is anything left in the 75% sale.

Had an email to say I had won a Michael Jackson dvd- 1st prize was a tv and dvd then 9 runner up prizes of just a dvd. So I was close to winning a tv maybe next time.

Must go and get the sink unblocker - do hope it works.
