Morning all - Friday again, hurrah!

Postie has just been with the first of my three Clean Campaign prizes (the oil blotting sheets), another Waterstones book from their FB page (Narcopolis) and a free magazine - a good haul!

I'm going to try for the bubbly chocolate today but need to find my clubcard number so I get an extra go every time. I don't shop at Tesco often, but I have a card anyway.

I haven't been keeping up with comps at all over the past week so looking forward to a blitz over the weekend - my OH will be glued to all the sport on TV and he shouts at it so much that I need to be in another room otherwise it makes me stressed!
  • Still no Horrid Henry then Sue? Postie not been here yet so will see what he brigs. Still waiting for my batiste win off clean campaign and that was on the first day :D had my other two off them though. Still waiting for my me and my plant book and Horrid Henry too. Other than that I think anything that turns up now will be a surprise :D

    Morning all

Def hunt that card down sue think most have won the 2nd go you get for being clubcard memeber so worth the hunt.

LO still sleeping, this week has just wiped him, he just has no energy poor boy, 48hours now since he ate any food, he's been living off water and about 5oz of milk since....but he will get better soon and that's what I have to look towards.

Postie won't be here till near lunch as lives in same street as us, so we are always last near enough but not expecting anything really that I know of.

I'm going to write my wins down this yr so I can work out how well I did at end of yr, bit sad but nice to look back on. OH doesn't mind me comping now as he's seen the reward side of it and it's something I can do while he plays on laptop and I'm not bored lol

    Good luck to all

  • Jane i have started to do same. I bought a cheap diary and record wins the day i get notified of them and also when they turn up so i can keep an eye on anything im missing. Have also put values by the things I can value (if comp doesnt state how much I use amazon)

Sue I had to do same as you and dig out clubcard. I rarely go to Tesco and if I do use them I shop online so my clubcard is already on the system. I thought by logging in I could see my clubcard number but you can't :D

I emptied all my drawers out and found a card but it was my old defunct one. I put that number in and it still worked :)

No Horrid Henry yet Becks - though if it's coming straight from the publisher rather than from Waterstones that might slow things down. The book I got today was from a Waterstones FB post on 14 Feb so it's taken longer than usual to get here, but it had come from the publisher.

Jane - would your LO be able to sip some Lucozade Sport - the ones that are like fruit squash rather than the fizzy stuff I mean. I had really bad gastritis a couple of years ago and couldn't keep anything in my system at all for over a fortnight and my GP told me to have those for energy. I don't know if they're ok for young children though.
  • Postie bought me a copy of narcopolis too Sue :D

Havent got much more of Talking to the Dead to read so will be doing this one next. Also goin to put reviews up of the books I got from OffersOn too when I have read them.

Up till last year I kept a notebook of all my wins, value and when I should expect to be receiving them. but I've started using a spreadsheet this year which I'm finding easier.

I've got columns for what the prize is, the date I heard about the win, how I heard (WEM, call, FB or just arrived in post), when I should expect to receive it (i.e. the date I heard + 28 days) and value (which totals at the bottom). Anything I haven't received yet is in red type and everything else is in black.

And if that doesn't make me sad, I don't know what does :rotfl:

Have voted Jane - I think you may live not too far from me - I'm between Staines and Egham.

Well done on getting Narcoplis too Becks - I've added it to my Waterstones pile - I've had 13 from them this year so far plus 15 from other sources.

Jane - If you PM me your email address I can email you my spreadsheet so you can copy that and not have to fiddle about if you're not confident doing it yourself.
