PRAISE - Schuh / Parcelforce

Meant to post this earlier in the week.
My husband wanted to buy me a pair of pink Converse trainers for my birthday but couldn't find them in stock anywhere. He went into Schuh in Milton Keynes at 1.30 on Sunday, the lady was very helpful and ordered them for him on their system for delivery to our home address.
They were delivered at 9.30 on Monday by Parcelforce (no extra charge for next day delivery) and the chap who delivered was very pleasant!

Dss had same experience with Schul MK and Parcelforce - shoes not in stock Tuesday afternoon, delivered Wednesday before 10 and this was before Christmas so expected a little delay0
